Tuning for Speed

Tuning for
Speed is a two-day class hosted by Eclectic Motorworks. Geared toward MGA and MGB owners, the course is also useful to other British car enthusiasts. First we will cover the basics of a comprehensive tune up. Secondly we may host time on a chassis dyno at Baker Engineering (not offered in the Winter) for up to five participants and concludes with introductory discussion of performance modifications and tuning. The seminar concludes with in-depth performance discussions that include various performance "recipes" from mild to full-race. Participants receive several handouts including data from over 1000 dyno pulls. The class costs $495, plus $95 for dyno time if desired. Lunch on both days and dinner on Saturday are included in the price.
