The differential was painted in the same Red Glyptal anti-wear paint that the factory originally sprayed them with. Normally it is used inside engine blocks, but for unknown reasons Jaguar decided it was perfect for the outside of the differential!


We’re sending the large parts off to sandblasting and then to powder-coating.

Rebuilt original Dunlop calipers ready for finishing.

Originally in a golden CAD plating, refinishing them the same way is difficult, so we paint them using a golden CAD paint to mimic the original finish.

Many parts off to the replate shop for clear zinc coating.

Wishbones cleaned and painted and ready for needle bearings.

Halfshafts, emergency brake brackets, and other pieces getting epoxy primed before being painted black.
