Twin Cam radiator brackets are shaped differently and located an inch forward of other MGA radiator brackets. These parts are not available so we needed to fabricate our own. Several paper patterns were taken from existing Twin Cams to ensure a proper fit. We first cut out and formed the oval air-duct hole and shaped the flange with a custom-made hammerform. We then cut the piece to shape and used another hammerform to shape the outside flanges. The angled support pieces were made from paper patterns and bent on a sheet metal brakes. They will be spot-welded to the brackets just like from the factory.
